Where a letting agent runs a short survey on advances.rent, your answers are stored without your name, email, or any contact details - they are anonymous market signal, and we have no way to trace an answer back to a person. Beyond that, we collect no personal information from people reading the site.
Cookies and analytics
The public pages set no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure how the site performs using privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you. A small number of essential cookies are used only when a member of our own team signs in to manage the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of trusted suppliers to host and run the site, and they only handle data on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
